Starting Monday, August 2, 2021, all individuals entering a Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Courthouse facility, whether vaccinated or unvaccinated, are recommended and encouraged to wear face masks while in all areas of the facility, consistent with the recommendations of the CDC’s July 27, 2021, updated guidance.

Court security stationed at entry points to a facility shall have face masks on hand to provide to any individual requesting one. In order to minimize courthouse traffic, several trial court proceedings will be conducted remotely.

Please contact the Clerk of Court office for questions relating to your scheduled appearance in the courthouse. Local health conditions will be monitored and any updates to the policy will be provided.
