The Nineteenth Judicial Circuit congratulates Drug Court participants with their successes in the program. Program participants are required to complete several phases, with each phase having its own requirements. The goal of the program is to assist its participants in becoming “productive members of (the) community, reducing recidivism, providing treatment instead of incarceration where appropriate, and improving the safety of the public and participants.”
