On March 1, 2022, the Indian River County Veterans Treatment Court team visited Dogs for Life, Inc. in Vero Beach. Dogs for Life, Inc. was established to improve the quality of life for veterans and other individuals with disabilities through training hearing and service dogs. The specially trained dogs help to enrich the lives of their owners while rediscovering a purpose of their own.
