Civil Non-Jury and Evidentiary Exhibit Procedure



For all Circuit Civil Jury Cases filed January 1, 2018 and later in Indian River County, the Agreed Case Management Plan and Order is required and is due 30 days after filing of the answer. This Plan will improve the Court's ability to provide early and continuous management of civil cases as required by Fla. R. Jud. Admin., Rule 2.545, improve time management and efficiency of counsel, and encourage the use of best practices when representing clients.
