The mission of the Unified Family Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit is a commitment to developing a fully integrated, comprehensive approach to handling all cases involving children and families in a prompt and efficient manner. - Name change of adults and minors
- Declaratory judgment actions related to premarital, marital, or post-marital agreements
- Civil domestic and repeat, dating and sexual violence injunctions
- Juvenile dependency
- Termination of parental rights
- Juvenile delinquency
- Emancipation of a minor
- CINS/FINS
- Truancy
- Modification and enforcement of orders entered in these above-listed cases
- Parental notification of termination of pregnancy
